Piccasso 1301 Eyebrow Brush

WHAT IT IS   

1301 is a new addition to the Piccasso Eyebrow brush family. Made with soft pony hairs, anyone can create three-dimensional brows with this brush effortlessly.  Suitable for applying brow powder. 

SUGGESTED USAGE

Put a powder or cream-based product on the tip of the hair, then gently shake it on the tissue to adjust the a mount of cosmetic.

Makeup should be from the front side of the eyebrow to the end side, and you can fill the empty of forehead hair  with the remaining cosmetics of the brush. You can use the brush tip to create an eyebrow tail.
